Bliss Spa and Salon Policy

Appointments:

Appointments may be made in person or by calling (978) 689-4400.  Walk-ins are also welcome.

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that we can ensure you receive your full service.

If it is your first time visiting the Spa, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any necessary paperwork.

Our staff will provide a reminder call the day prior to your appointment if you provide a phone number for confirmation.

We do require a credit card number be placed on file when booking your appointment.

Cancellations:

To avoid being charged for your appointment, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice for any single service and 48-hour notice is required for any multiple service or spa package cancellations.  Special requirements may apply for group bookings.  A full service will be charged on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.

Privacy:

Bliss Spa and Salon will never sell or share your personal information with any organization or person outside of Bliss Spa and Salon.
